As a child, Pete was taught by his mother to really "listen" to music, not just hear it. This sparked a musical adventure of heart and mind that would define his life.  

At the age of seven, Pete was given his first guitar. He wrote his first song and, for months, he sang his song and strummed until the family decided it was time for lessons!

Pete was not inspired by his first teachers. But then he found the right teacher in Rick Staples who was able to keep him interested long enough to teach him the fundamentals.

From there Pete taught himself specialising in six and twelve string acoustic guitar.  He writes, arranges and produces all of his own songs.
 
As with many gifted artists, Pete's music cannot be categorised because it encompasses many and varied styles.  It is a blend ranging from folk, pop, rock, prophetic, commercial and classical to deep meditation pieces. 

Each album is a journey unto itself.  All, however, have a common thread of touching and opening the heart.  Inspiring joy and uplifting the spirit are the gifts of Pete's music.

Pete has studied astrology for many years, taught yoga, is a healer, qualified Rebirther/Breathworker and has been taught by many "Masters" about being human, and believes that "there is no greater teacher than Life itself. All you need do is observe as well as interact."
